The container house is a movable and reusable building product. This kind of house adopts modular design and factory prefabrication production. The vertical direction can be stacked with 3 layers. The box unit structure is a standard component welded with special steel. The containers are connected by bolts. 1.Construction method of the dormitory building: In the early stage, the customer selected the construction method of box houses plus tiling in the bathrooms. However, since the two construction methods could not be well connected, and many construction problems would arise, which would affect the subsequent use. Our company recommended the construction method of box houses plus integrated bathrooms. This method can not only better meet the needs of the customer, but also greatly save the construction time and solve the problems of construction progress caused by the cold weather.
2.Cold prevention and thermal insulation: Due to the cold weather at the project site, in order to achieve effective thermal insulation, the original scheme of installing pipes outdoors for the box houses was changed to the scheme of installing pipes in indoor hidden pipe shafts. This makes the building more integrated, and effectively avoids problems such as pipes being frozen due to weather reasons. At the same time, widened sealing strips were designed between the floors, which effectively reduces the problem of air leakage caused by the structure of the box houses themselves, and further improves the thermal insulation performance.
3.Heightening and lengthening the office building: The water supply and drainage pipes for the bathrooms on the third floor of the office building need to be installed inside the suspended ceiling on the second floor. In order to save the project cost, a color steel plate suspended ceiling was finally adopted, and the structure form of the suspended ceiling with suspender rods plus guide rails was used.
