All buildings in this project use light steel structure villa system houses, with a design life of 50 years, a fire resistance grade of 2, and a safety grade of 2. Earthquake fortification intensity: 7 degrees (earthquake acceleration 0.15g).
1. The project is located in Weda Bay - (IWIP) Weda Bay Industrial Park in the central area of Hammahera Island, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. It is under the jurisdiction of Ternate Island City, which is located about 75km northwest. The terrain of the plant site is low in the south and low in the north and high in the south facing the sea. The sea water is clear and clear, and the beach slope changes steeply. The average annual precipitation is 2671.8mm; the average annual temperature is 26~ 28 ° C; the canteen is a two-story building. The single function meets the following requirements: the first floor is the canteen area, lobby area, food refrigeration area, commissary and power distribution room, of which the canteen area and lobby area meet the needs of 400 people to eat at the same time; the second floor is the private room and the indoor activity center of employees, considering the central air-conditioning floor height of 4.2 meters. The private room area includes 2 20-person rooms, 3 10-person small rooms and 4 canteen office staff offices. The activity area is self-leveling, including indoor fitness area, table tennis area, etc.
2. The staff dormitory is 7 buildings with a single three-story building with a net height of 2.7 meters. The total configuration of the dormitory is 9 square meters per person, and corresponding dormitory supplies warehouses, cleaning rooms, power distribution rooms and utility rooms are set up in one of them. The container house is a movable and reusable building product. This kind of house adopts modular design and factory prefabrication production. It uses the container frame as the basic unit and can be used alone. It can also be used through different combinations of horizontal and vertical directions to form a spacious use space. The vertical direction can be stacked with 3 layers. The box unit structure is a standard component welded with special steel. The containers are connected by bolts. Its structure is stable, easy and fast to install, and is favored by most users.
